We are rated ‘Good’ with care
I have a call pendant but whenever the staff leave, they
always ask me if I’m alright and if there’s anything they can do
for me. If there is they make sure it is done before they leave
which is nice of them.
We have completed the required improvements from our previous action plan and achieved an overall Good rating.
